SMART PARENTING
Do you know that even the most loving and well-educated parents frequently lack basic knowledge about their child's brain? Isn't this interesting? Especially given the brain's central role in virtually every aspect of a child's life that parents care about: discipline, decision making, self-awareness, school, relationships, and so on. Indeed, the brain largely determines who we are and what we do. And, because the experiences we provide as parents shape the brain, understanding how the brain changes in response to our parenting can help us raise a stronger, more resilient child.
So let me introduce you to the whole-brain approach. I'd like to explain some basic brain concepts and assist you in applying your new knowledge in ways that will make parenting easier and more meaningful. I am not implying that raising a whole-brain child will eliminate all of the frustrations associated with parenting. However, by understanding a few simple and easy-to-master basics about how the brain works, you'll be able to better understand your child, respond to difficult situations more effectively, and lay the groundwork for social, emotional, and mental health. What you do as a parent matters, and I'll give you simple, scientifically backed ideas to help you build a strong relationship with your child.
As a matter of fact, I invite you all to join my Telegram Group, where I will be sharing daily tips on parenting with the child's brain in mind. Here is the link: https://t.me/+k7kRwnEXWzlhNmMx
